World of Warcraft - Item Upgrade

Item upgrade allows players to raise the item level of armor and weapons that can be equipped. This increases the stats of that gear, as well as sometimes adding buffs or the rerolling of an affix.

It is important to keep in mind that upgrading magic and common gear is not always worth it. Rare and exclusive equipment will soon surpass upgraded magic and common equipment.

Cost

A upgraded item can also give additional bonuses to the unit it's equipped with. These upgrades can be used to increase the overall strength of a group or a single unit, and may significantly impact the gameplay.

Items can be upgraded at any item upgrader NPC in the game. These NPCs can be found in major questing areas or capital cities. You can also find upgrades for items by visiting dungeons that have high-level bosses and talking to NPCs at the garrisons of your faction.

The World of Warcraft item upgrade system lets players increase the level of armor, weapons and trinkets. This process is largely identical to that of gear reforging in Mists of Pandaria and Warlords of Draenor however, instead of using the currency that is appropriate players must visit an item upgrader NPC to complete the process.

Upgrades to items can be costly, especially when it concerns armor and weapons. Based on the upgrade path you select, each level increase can cost Crests or Valorstones. The costs are prohibitive for those who don't have the funds or are unwilling to grind.

Fortunately, the game allows players to play a reroll of an upgraded item by using an exclusive tool within the items menu. Requirements

The rerolled item also has different requirements for strength and dexterity. It is important to note that the item rerolled will not be able to maintain its strength or have any wasted resources.

Some upgraded items can only be rerolled if the initial item was Unique, Rare or Epic. Some exceptional items are also suitable for rerolling, however their original stats will be replaced with an uninvolved bonus. Rerolling a Rare or Epic item will result in the normal version, and item upgrader doing the same with the Epic version will result in an elite version.

An upgraded item may also include additional modifiers that can increase the stats of the item and boost its performance. These additional modifiers aren't included in the upgrade price. You can purchase them at the Trading Post, or through other players. They can be earned through fulfilling specific missions in the game.

To upgrade an equipment piece it is necessary to visit the NPC [Armorto upgrade an item, visit the NPC [Armor] Boboko in Central Flarine. You will need Power Dices depending on the item. (Dice 6 can be dropped by monsters 21+, Giants and Bosses; Dice 12 can be found from Bosses). You will also need various amounts of Minerals and Erons.

Time

Item upgrades are a way to boost your gear and ship stats without the need to upgrade them. Although upgrading isn't expensive, it is a good way to improve your performance without having to spend as much time fighting. It is important to understand the costs and benefits before investing your time or money.

Each upgrade boosts an item's base stat by a specific amount and also offers the chance for a bonus substat increase. The random substat may range from a small boost to a massive boost. It's best to focus on the most effective items in the slot first, as they will give you a bigger return for your investment.

You can see the time required to complete an upgrade if you open your inventory and select an item such as a ship, weapon or accessory. By selecting the item and pressing the green button that has an arrow for rerolling the player can reroll it to create an upgradeable item. This will change the layout of the item upgrader mod window and allow players to choose up to six items to "recycle". The item that is recycled will be exchanged with an item of level 1 of the same kind. Recycled items will not keep their status, nor will the resources used to upgrade it.

The maximum level of upgrade for an item is determined by the item's tier as well as its quality.
