WoW Upgrades - The Item Upgrader

Upgrades give you an increase in specific stats. Each upgrade increases the item level upgrade level by +3. Each upgrade also increases the random substatus.

Upgraded gear generally sees greater value for trade, unless it has inherently low requirements (like the FB shield of the sorc) or a very high stat variance (like Eth titan weapons). These types of gear get less value from upgrading due to the need to roll for a perfect version.
