Best Lightweight Single Stroller

Travel strollers don't get much lighter or more compact than this. Its sleek design is simple to fold into a neat rectangle shape and the wheels rotate more smoothly than other models.

It also has an under-seat storage space and a shoulder carry strap that makes it easier to carry around when you're not pushing it. But the canopy adjuster can make a lot of noise, which might disturb a sleeping toddler.

1. Contours Itsy

The Contours Itsy is a compact stroller with a lot of features for its size. This stroller is an excellent choice for those who need a stroller that is lightweight for travel. It comes with a convenient zip bag for storage that is easy to carry. It can be used with the infant car adapter from birth and provides excellent sun protection thanks to its canopy. The only issue is that some parents find the style to be uninspiring and cheap.

The BabyZen Yoyo+ is a little more expensive than other lightweight single stroller strollers however, it was created specifically for luxe travel and urban living. It's among the easiest strollers that fold (and comes with a handy carry case) and offers plenty of storage, including cups holder. The seat is comfortable for both the adult and child, and it reclines to a nearly flat position. This is the only stroller on our list that can be used by a newborn with the car seat adapter. Some parents with short legs may not like the handlebar, which doesn't adjust.

The UPPAbaby Minu V2 isn't the lightest stroller on our list, but it comes with a ton of great features that help kids travel more easily. The large seat reclines to a pretty flat position, and has additional padding to make the naps on planes last longer. The canopy that extends can provide good sun protection, and the tray is spacious with plenty of storage. It also features a footrest with springs that doubles as a handle when folded. The footrest, however, seems vulnerable to damage from baggage handlers.

4. Uppababy Minu V2

Uppababy Minu V2 is a stylish stroller with high-end design and quality. Its compact size allows it to easily navigate narrow streets and tight spaces, but its sturdy construction means it can withstand rough terrain without compromising the comfort of your child. The spring-action suspension on the rear and front ensures a more comfortable ride, and its durable materials ensure that it will withstand everyday wear and tear. Furthermore, it can be expanded to accommodate additional items such as baby car seat.

Even with a baby in the mix, the Minu was very easy to fold and move around. The squat fold, which opens into three sections was among the easiest folds we tested. This allows it to easily fit into overhead compartments on planes and public transport. It also features a single pushchair-action brake with color coded that is simple to use.

It's not ideal for those who want a car seat-compatible model, or a double stroller, however. It doesn't accept any infant car seats, and your infants will need to be able to sit on their own before they can use the stroller from the beginning.

This stroller is loaded with features and is available at a very affordable price. It was awarded a higher score in our maneuverability review than some other models with similar specs, and Single Infant Stroller it's a great option for smooth surfaces. It also has a nice canopy and plenty of storage space, including a large tray for parents. The handlebar is shorter than the average, and the front wheel suspension is more rigid, but it is still comfortable for adults.

If you have twins or two kids of different in age, you might consider a side-by-side stroller to be the best choice to transport them. Our top pick is the Joovy Twin Groove, which comes with a wide range of features, and has a slim footprint that fits into places that other side-byside options can't.

It has a large canopy and a peek-aboo window, and tons of storage. It's heavier than other side-by-sides but has a decent capacity and weight limit. It can carry the majority of children up to 50 pounds. You can even add a bassinet to front of the stroller to accommodate infants.

If you want a more luxurious version of this stroller, the Caboose RS Sit and Stand Stroller is a worthy alternative. It offers the same great features as the model above and comes with a bassinet that allows you to take your baby home from the hospital with fashion.
